10 reasons not to join / leave etrade
1)There has been no personal growth in the company. There doesnt seem to be any scope for that in the future.
2) No functionally/technologically exciting projects in sight
3) Individual morale is low
4) There is a constant panic abt the job security among the employees due to the recent events.
5) Not an employee-friendly company
6) Beauracratic organisational structure.
7) Inequity of employee treatment.
8) Manager to developer ratio is on the rise continously. every manager will be managing 2 people under them eventually
9) No confidence in the company's vision.
10) No flexibility in the timings. employees are micro managed
