Society, People, Organizations, Governments etc are driven by ideas.
Sometimes certain people are treated as an embodiment of an idea.
e.g. Mahatma gandhi for ahimsa ( crude translation: non-violence )

However Ideas are created and evolved by a very small group of people.
Based on how an idea is created, evolved and spread , I tried catgorize people into 3 important classes, Adapters (A), Evolvers(E), Revolutionaries(R) and IDCs.

Adapters (A) are people who can adapt an idea, without creating it or evolving.
There is absolutely no necessity to understand it as well.
Example : Almost anyone. Like a party member, worker, student etc.

Evolutionaries (E) understand the idea very well and committed enough to evolve into the next stage or at the least they would improvise it.
Example : Bill Gates

Revolutionaries (R) are extra-ordinary people who create radically a new idea.
Good Example is Mahatma Gandhi , Albert Eisntein etc

IDCs simply dont care and they become what they are "I Dont Care"

So if we take this thoery and apply to our day to day life, for e.g., in a company, we can see the Rs, Es, As, and IDCs.
